Review: MUA Ultimate Eyebrow Kit

Hello Lovelies 

Today I am going to be reviewing the MUA Ultimate Eyebrow Kit

I have never been able to fill in my eyebrows with pencil, I can never find the right color and I always end up with massive eyebrows so I bought this eyebrow kit in January and there hasn't been a day that I haven't used it.

This kit comes with a brush and a pair of tweezers (which I lost instantly... Opps) Three colors a dark brown, a little brown and a peachy flesh tone color and a wax (which I never use because it doesn't work for me.) I use the dark brown for my eyebrows it is a perfect match! I never really use the little brown on myself because I have dark brown hair.

All of the colors are highly pigmented and they all apply extremely well. You can pick up this products for superdrug or the MUA website for £3.50 BARGAIN!

My overall thoughts are that this product is amazing and very well priced.

Hello my lovely's once again I can't believe how fast April has gone it is insane! This month I have been shopping for some make up bits and bobs for spring/summer and have found somethings that I really love.

Essie mint candy apple

My nail polish favorite of the month has been Essie mint candy apple. This nail polish is one of Essie's biggest sellers and I have no idea why I didn't pick it up earlier! It is easy to apply and I put 3 coats one to make the color stand out. It is the perfect minty green color for spring/summer!

Real techniques Buffing brush and contour brush

I have wanted to try the real techniques make up brushes for a while but none of the boots that I go to stock them. I finally found them in the boots at kingswood and I may have screamed! These are my favorite two from the core collection I use the buffing brush for foundation and it works perfectly, it really works the product into your skin and gives you a flawless look. I use the Contour brush for contouring and for cream blush because it picks up the right amount for product and because it is small.

Revlon nearly naked foundation

I have a done a review on this foundation this months but I love it so much I had to talk about it again. It is more of a tinted moisturiser than a foundation because it feels so light on your skin but it give an amazing coverage.

Revlon cream blush pinched

I have been loving cream blush this month and this has been my favorite, it doesn't feel sticky on the skin and it looks natural. I normally go for pink colors but I decided to try something out of my comfort zone and I'm very glad that I did.

Rimmel scandaleyes eyeliner nude

My last beauty favorite has been Rimmel scandaleyes eyeliner in nude. This is the perfect skin tone color to line your water line with it looks so much more natural than white and I think it makes you look more awake.

Original source mint and tea tree bodywash

Ok I LOVE this bodywash it is so minty and refreshing! It makes your body feel cool after you use it and it makes you feel so clean, I like to use this in a morning because it really wakes me up and makes me feel ready for the day. It is perfection in a bottle and I have no idea what I will do if Original source stops making it.

Spring/summer foundations 2013

Since the beginning of spring I have realized that the foundation I had been wearing all winter just wasn't working for me anymore, which is sad because I loved it but good because I got to try out something new. After hours of watching review videos on YouTube on many different foundations new and old I picked two to buy one of my favorite foundations from last year and a new one.

Rimmel London Wake Me Up 100 ivory.

 

The first foundation I choose was one of my favorites from last year. Rimmel wake me up is a medium coverage foundation, I wear this on the days that I look like a zombie due to lack of sleep it makes me look so awake even though all day I will be craving my bed. It has an SPF of 15, It gives you a glow without making you look oily. This foundation lasts really long on my skins and it look the same on a night as it does on a morning. There isn't a bad thing to say about this foundation it is perfect!

Revlon Nearly Naked 110 ivory.

The second foundation I have been using is Revlon nearly naked, I bought this after I saw youtubers raving about it. It is a light coverage foundation and it feels very light on the skin it covers all of my redness I wear this when I go shopping because it is lightweight and it looks natural it has SPF 20 which is good for me because I burn easily I love the packaging of this foundation I love that I can control how much I pour out. It lasts all day on my face even if I have been sweating.

March favorites 2013

I don't know about you but this month has gone by super quick, I can't believe that it is April already.
I don't have a lot favorites this month just because I haven't really been going anywhere, most of my time has been spent watching youtube videos and reading blogs!

My first favorite is the Oral-B 3D white enamel protect toothpaste I love this toothpaste I have used it before  and to be honest I have no idea why I didn't buy it again sooner it makes your month feel super clean and it made my teeth so much whiter than any other whitening toothpaste ever has done. I find with this toothpaste that you don't need to wait half an hour to eat or drink something which is great if you are in a rush in a morning.

My favorite mascara of the month has been the rimmel sexy curves mascara this mascara really holds a curl and makes your lashes look so long.

My next favorite is the rimmel natural bronzer which is really weird for me because I rarely wear bronzers because I am so pale and most of them make it look like I have put mud on my face. I like to use this bronzer as a contour because it is matte and it is the perfect color for my skin.

My favorite lipstick of the month has been mac creme cup, I love this color because it is the perfect pink color of spring that can work on any skin tone!

My two favorite skin products have been the elemis clear skin mattifying moisturiser and the clarins daily energizing cleansing gel. The elemis moisturiser is perfect for my skin because my skin is shiny but dry at the same time so this keeps my skin hydrated while taking away any shininess.

My favorite candle of the month has been Yankee candle sugared apple I love this scent it is so fresh and it is perfect for spring.

My music favorite has got to be Superhero by Luke Conard and Landon Austin this song has been a favorite of mine for a while but in march I have found myself listening to it everyday while I am getting ready and I find myself singing it all the time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vs-2CNaInu4

Clarins Daily energizer cleansing gel!

Since I was 13 years old I have had terrible dry skin. I have tried tons of different face washes but they all made my skin flaky.

For Christmas my sister gave me a sample of the Clarins Daily energizer cleansing gel, it is fair to say I have fallen in love with it. I use it every morning to wash my face, it leaves my skin soft and clean without drying it out, this really is a product I will be buying for a long time.

This product is great at removing make up and oil it also smells amazing!
